Leadership

Paul and Lynn Blue joined the staff of Family Fellowship in 1987. He assumed the role of Lead Pastor in 2003.  They have three adult children: Rae, Brooke, and Parker.  Paul loves sports; he loves anything that will make him laugh; and he and Lynn enjoy traveling.

Jared Vernoy was born in Nashua, New Hampshire in 1985, then raised as a missionary kid in Venezuela for 12 years. Jared attended Baptist Bible College obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Intercultural Studies in 2010 and a Master of Arts Church Ministry in 2011. He joined the Family Fellowship staff in July of 2011. During his time at Baptist Bible College he met and then married Meredith in May of 2008. They have 4 boys, Jadon, born in February of 2011, Jax born in July of 2013, Jett born in May of 2016 and Jonas born in March of 2018. Jared loves sports, mountain biking, road biking, hangin' with his family and being outdoors.

Tim and Dianne Ellsworth have been members at Family Fellowship since 1985 and joined the staff in 1995. Tim and Dianne have been married since 1982 and have four children, Trey, Bethany, Abby, and Anna. Tim loves hockey, (GO STARS), and is a big Michigan Wolverine fan.

Tyler and Brooklyn Inglett joined the staff in January 2020 and have been married since December 2019. Tyler is the biggest Star Wars fan you'll ever meet and loves watching TV with his beautiful wife.

Robert and Brenn Schmoele joined the Family Fellowship staff in May 2022 and have been married since 2019. Robert graduated from Baptist Bible College in 2020 with a Bachelors of Arts in Pastoral Studies. They both love coffee, hiking and board games with friends!

Parker Blue joined the staff in May of 2021 after serving a full time internship with Family Fellowship. Parker graduated from Baptist Bible College with a Bachelors in Pastoral Studies, and has a heart for discipling teens to reach their generation. Parker and Abigail met while at Bible college and got married in May of 2022. They enjoy sports, camping, hiking, reading and playing board games with good friends.

Meredith Vernoy is the wife of our Connection Pastor, Jared Vernoy. They have 4 boys and she currently homeschools all of them. She joined the Family Fellowship Staff team in August of 2022. Meredith was born in Winfield, KS, and graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Science in Math. In her spare time, she likes to read and spend quality time camping with all of her boys!

Cody and Cassidy Gaeta joined the Family Fellowship Staff team in August of 2024. They moved here from Springfield, MO where they both got their Bachelor of Intercultural Studies Degrees from Mission University. They both have a passion for missions and reaching the lost with the Gospel and hope to reach the mission field one day. Cassidy is originally from Murfreesboro, TN and Cody is from Orlando, FL. In their free time, they love playing pickleball and going to the gym!

Abigail Blue joined the Family Fellowship team in June of 2024. Abigail graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Mission University in 2022, and one week later got married to the love of her life, Parker Blue. Since then, Abigail has served alongside her husband in youth ministry and has developed a heart for discipling and training up students to know & love Christ deeply. Some of her favorite things to do include: hiking, camping, reading, and playing pickleball.

Jayne Palmer has served as Church Secretary since April, 2000.  She has been married to the love of her life Mike for more than 35 years and has 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren.  Her first love is for the Lord and loves to read Andrew Murray and other old Pastor/Authors.  Her other favorites include spending time with her extended family and working outdoors/making and sitting around bonfires.  

Kristi and Curt Swanson have been married since 1996 and have been members of Family Fellowship since 2006. They have two daughters - Bailey, who is married to Adam and lives in Little Rock area, and Brenna who lives in Greenville and works in Dallas. Curt and Kristi enjoy leading their small group at FFG, going to various pro sporting events (especially baseball), and traveling together by car, plane or cruise ship.

Larry Patterson came to a Friend Day in 1985 at Family Fellowship and received Christ as his Savior. He met Debbie in a Bible study there two years later and they have been married since July of 1988. All three of their girls, Cheyanne, Shelby and Sierra were raised here at FFG. Larry began serving as the Facilities Manager in 2016 after a life long career in framing and construction. Larry enjoys guns, target practice and weekend getaways with Debbie.
